The request was to create two separate groundfloor residences, that will be used as bnb rentals either for one large or two smaller groups of guests. Despite the narrow boundaries of the plot and the lack of interesting views around, DI designed two similar houses oriented to the south-east , in order to use the maximum of the daylight. The autriums in the middle of the buildings, create a sense of extension of the outdoor space, bright daylight in the heart of the house , and give a more private experience. These autriums also regulate the temperature and the airflow during the summer months, highlighting the bioclimatic profile of the architectural design.
