ARCHITECTURE

This project involves the renovation of an existing three-storey building to accommodate the new directors’ offices of a Greek pharmaceutical company. The design brief required the creation of nine individual office rooms, one large meeting room, and a shared dining and kitchen area with an outdoor deck extension.

A key objective of the project was to preserve and integrate selected existing architectural elements of the building while introducing contemporary design features. This approach allowed the project to maintain the character of the original structure while upgrading the spaces to meet modern workplace requirements.

Particular emphasis was placed on sustainable renovation practices. By retaining parts of the existing structure and materials wherever possible, the design aimed to minimize construction waste and reduce the environmental impact of the renovation. The result is a balanced workspace that combines functionality, modern aesthetics, and environmentally responsible design.
